Took the Annillos' family portrait today alongside Clarks'. I hadn't before met Jeremy, Sarah, nor their border collie Sydney but I was sure getting to know them was going to be a real petit four, and certainly it was. We promenaded amidst the trove of fancy cottages at the quaint Gilman Village in historic Issaquah. Paid the Issaquah cafe a visit, astonished to see a live twang Americana duo play for locals and visitors alike. Folks were friendly and I was offered free coffee refill (solely because I had asked the barista how her morning was), in addition, the place is canine friendly - Sydney got in with zero difficulty. Furthermore, the picturesque setting and beautiful people (and animal) elated the sorrow of such glum weather, and the shoot consequently became such a delight. Last, we wrapped up our last photo opportunity upon commencement of a heavy rainfall. Oh, praise such fortuitous happenstance!
